Tommy first came to Ibiza at 23. A year later he moved to the island. He has now lived here for more than 20 years and, with Ibiza Is Calling, personally hosts people, teams and partners on the island.
Not planned. But here to stay.
Born in Croatia, Tommy first came to Ibiza at 23. A year later, the holiday destination became his new home. He started out in tourism and entertainment – among other things performing on stage in a Michael Jackson show – before moving into guest experience.
Experience from different perspectives.
After studying Tourism & Hospitality with a focus on 5-star service and luxury experiences, Tommy worked in the MICE and events department of a renowned hotel group in Ibiza, looking after international corporate events, incentives and conferences.
The island became home.
Tommy met his wife in Ibiza, started his family here and, over the years, built personal relationships and a local network. His wife is Ibicenca – so for him, Ibiza is not just a destination, it's home.

In 2023, experience became an idea of his own.
In 2023 Tommy laid the foundations for Ibiza Is Calling. His personal knowledge of the island, his experience in hospitality and events, and a network grown over many years are now the basis for individually planned projects and experiences in Ibiza.
