Incentive trip to Ibiza: What does it really cost?

Almost every client asks us this question first. And we understand why, because Ibiza has a reputation as an expensive island, and if you've never organized an incentive trip there before, the question of price is perfectly valid. That's why we're answering it here as honestly as possible.
Short answer: It depends. Long answer: Here's everything you need to know.

The most important cost factors at a glance
1. Accommodation – the biggest cost factor
Whether a luxury villa, boutique hotel, or classic 5-star establishment – accommodation typically accounts for 40 to 60 percent of the total budget. Rough guidelines per person per night (high season, July/August):
– 4-star hotel: from approx. €150–250
– 5-star hotel: from approx. €300–600
– Exclusive private villa (group): from approx. €200–500 per person, depending on villa size and amenities
In the off-season or shoulder season (May/June or September/October) prices are significantly lower – often 30 to 50 percent below the high season prices, with the same weather.
2. Supporting program & activities
The price range is wide. A half-day catamaran trip for a group of 20 people is calculated differently than a two-day outdoor adventure program. As a rough guide:
Individual activities (jeep safari, SUP, cooking class, etc.): approx. €80–200 per person
Full-day programs: approx. €200–400 per person
Multi-day full programs: approx. €500–1,500 per person
3. Transfers & Logistics
Flights, airport transfers, minibuses or rental cars for the group: this aspect is often underestimated. For a group of 20 people from Germany, the flight alone can cost €300–€600 per person, depending on when it's booked. Island logistics (daily transfers, vehicles) are additional costs.
4. Gastronomy
Ibiza is famous for its gastronomy, and that comes at a price. A dinner at a good restaurant can easily cost €80–150 per person, including wine. Anyone planning to do this every evening should factor that into their budget. For gala dinners at private venues, catering costs will be added.
5. Our agency services
We work with a management fee that is transparently stated in the offer. In return, you receive complete project management, negotiations with all service providers, a dedicated contact person on site, and years of network experience that often saves you more than the fee costs.
Example budget: 3 days in Ibiza for 20 people
For orientation, here is a typical mid-range program:
– Accommodation (boutique hotel, 3 nights): approx. €8,000–12,000
– Activities (2-day program): approx. €4,000–7,000
– Catering (excluding breakfast): approx. €3,000–5,000
– Transfers & logistics island: approx. 1,500-2,500 €
– Total budget: approx. €16,500–26,500 (excluding flights)
Per person, that's roughly €800 to €1,300 for three days. For a well-organized incentive trip to a top destination, that's a realistic and fair price.
When is Ibiza particularly cheap?
May, June, and September are our clear recommendations. The weather is perfect (25–30 degrees Celsius, hardly any rain), prices are significantly lower than in the height of summer, the island is less crowded, and the best restaurants and venues still have availability.
